How do I know my size accurately so it best fits my wrist?
  • The sizes listed in the options are the length of the bracelet which is the circumference, the thickeness of the bracelet is not taken into account. It is advised to add 1 to 2 cm on top of your wrist measurements to make up for the thickness of the bracelet. 
  • To take a measurement of your wrist size, use a measuring tape or use a piece of string to wrap around your wrist. 
When will my order be shipped?
  • Once we have confirmed the order, it will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.
How long does it takes for my order to arrive?
  • Depending on the amount of orders received, customers who ship their orders within Singapore should expect their orders to arrive within 2 to 5 working days upon order confirmation and Overseas shipments usually takes a little longer, about 2 to 3 weeks.
My order still hasn't arrive, what am I supposed to do?
  • If you experience any delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately through email at info@gridula.com or WhatsApp us at +65 90929515 and we will help to confirm the status of your order ASAP.
What courier do you use to ship orders?
  • We ship all orders via Singapore Post Limited (SingPost).
How do you charge shipping fees?
  • For Locals we provide free normal mail, and $3 for registered postage.
  • For Overseas customers, normal mail will be charged $6 and registered postage will be charged $9.
What if my order is missing/lost?
  • We prepare every product with care for shipping and we will not accept any liabilities for the shipping through normal mailings.
  • If your package is lost during registered postage, please alert us and we will contact SingPost immediately regarding the shipment. We will replace your order and ship out as soon as possible after confirming with SingPost.
  • To minimize the possibility of lost orders/packages, please ensure the accuracy of your mailing address. If you found that the address written is wrong, please contact us immediately so that we are able to keep track of the order with SingPost, and return the order. After that, you would need to book another shipping order with us and we will reship the package.
How can I track my payment and orders?
  • We will send a receipt to you after payment has been made and if you have opt for registered postage, after SingPost has given the receipt, an article tracking number will be given to you.
What are the payment methods available?
  • We accept Paynow, Credit/Debit cards, Paypal and Shopify Payments.
